What Products Do We Offer?

We act as a credit broker, not a lender. This means we can introduce you to a limited number of lenders or hire companies who may assist with your finance requirements. We will only introduce you to these lenders or hire companies.

The type of finance products we can offer and the finance providers we predominantly work with are detailed in the appendix of this document.

Commission Disclosure

If you decide to enter into a finance or hire agreement, we will receive a commission payment from the finance or hire provider. The commission may be:

A fixed fee per agreement, or

A percentage of the total amount of finance taken by the customer.

You will be informed of any commission we receive before you sign your agreement. This commission does not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement.

Other Finance Options

You may be able to obtain finance from other providers, and we encourage you to seek alternative quotations and details of their products by researching options available through high street lenders, online, and other sources.

What Will You Have to Pay for This Service?

You will not be charged by us for processing your finance or hire application or for introducing you to a provider. All charges you pay, including interest, documentation fees, rentals, and any applicable costs, will be clearly shown in the finance or hire agreement.

Understanding Our Products and Documents

You should take sufficient time to read and understand all documentation provided to you and make sure you understand your commitments under the agreement.

If you have difficulty understanding any information due to health issues, language, or recent life circumstances, please tell us so we can provide support.

Affordability

Before entering into any agreement, you should assess whether you can afford the monthly payments required throughout the agreement without causing financial hardship. If you expect any future events that may affect your ability to meet these payments, you should inform the finance provider immediately.

Missing payments could harm your credit rating and make it harder or more expensive to access finance in the future.

Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know so we can try to resolve your complaint. If we are unable to resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you choose to proceed with a finance application, we will need to carry out a credit search with one or more finance providers. This will include a hard credit search, which will be recorded on your credit file and may be visible to other lenders.

A hard credit search may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

By proceeding with a finance application, you confirm that you understand and consent to a hard credit search being carried out.
