After searching online, I eventually found the car I was looking for in the condition I wanted (i.e. pristine!) at Specialist Cars. Having read the reviews, I was a little suspicious "¦ could Umesh Samani really be as good as the reviews say? I am delighted to say that he is. The car was exactly as described and well-priced enough that I didn't feel the need to haggle. Dealing with Umesh was straightforward, he offered a good part exchange and dealt with the paperwork efficiently and professionally. He was also happy to respond quickly to any queries and requests and went out of his way to be helpful in making the process slick and straightforward. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Specialist Cars as an excellent dealership to do business with. And the car is perfect! Many thanks Umesh, you have another very satisfied customer!

Better late than never, and in this case I think it is. I purchased a mint low mileage minty green Vauxhall Adam for my daughter just before her 17th birthday, she's just about to turn 21yrs. The car has been a delight, not a single issue. Before the purchase Umesh sent me a number of photographs and videos including up on ramps, under the boot carpet, every inch of the paint... I drove down from Glasgow and brought it back and it was indeed the best one I'd ever seen having spent 3 months going to see the exact model at many showrooms. Wishing Umesh all the best. I recently bought a car from Umesh and was totally satisfied with the service I received. In the first place the fact that Umesh had posted an eleven minute video of the car meant that I could travel the 80 miles from Llandudno confident that there wouldn't be any nasty surprises when I saw the car in person. This proved to be the case.
The actual purchase including part exchanging my old car went without any issues. I found Umesh to be an extremely friendly, helpful and efficient person to deal with and would recommend him without hesitation.

I was browsing Autotrader and came across a Mini Hatch that I liked. There was a very detailed video of the car showing the outside, inside and the engine with commentary. The person's voice on the video was not that of a 'salesman' that you may get in one of the main dealers, but one that came across as informative (not pushy or arrogant) and genuine. I paid a deposit and travelled over 200 miles to see the car for myself and meet this person, Umesh, the owner of the business.

He was as genuine and honest in person as he came across on the video. So much so that he went the extra mile and serviced the car with an MOT too. I was even offered a lift back to the train station from the showroom.

Having never met Umesh previously, I can honestly that he was genuine, honest and generous.

What more do you want from a humble person.

Having searched on the Internet every Audi TT I could find, I finally found My dream car. The big thing for me was finding one with low mileage but had also had the cam belt changed and water pump changed, this was the only example I found in the UK. The car is faultless and a dream to drive. As for the buying experience, I put a deposit down Thursday, spoke to Umesh Friday and recieved delivery Saturday afternoon, absolutely amazing service and couldn't recommend any higher. Without a doubt I'd give umesh Samani 10 out of 10.

Sold my low mileage, golf Gti to Umesh as my new car was a private purchase. I'd had bad experiences trying to sell privately and had heard reports of online buying sites offering high values but dropping rapidly when the car was examined. Umesh was a pleasure to deal with and totally transparent. He thoroughly explained the valuation and rationale, we agreed a fair price I was happy with for an easy sale.
