I was delighted to learn, by a complete accident, that you have been awarded a lifetime Achievement Award by Car Dealer Magazine, utterly well deserved.

I bought a Golf convertible from you over 30 years ago in 1989/1990 when you were at a VW dealership in Leek. Great price, superlative service. I remember the car being delivered to my IBM office with flowers in the boot. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, an utter pleasure.

I only wish I’d known you had struck out on your own. I Wouldn’t hesitate to contact you to source a car, even though you are some distance away.
